Established in 1995 and situated on the main street in the heart of Rawtenstall, The Tanning Centre is the valleys highest 5* rated tanning salon.
Open 7 days a week and spanning three floors, our salon offers an up to date and high level tanning experience through hand picked tanning beds and tried and tested quality tanning tubes. 
Our Sunbeds

If you want a long lasting deeper colour that does not fade after a few days then come and try one of our 5 Ergoline sunbeds. These bigger beds offer air conditioning, face lamps and combined with a range of high tanning tubes suited to each sunbed, our beds will develop that stunning tan! 

Every one of our 7 lay down beds and our sun shower are different and tubed based on each beds specification to ensure customers receive the highest performance from the bed, to increase tanning and customer satisfaction.

Within the last 9 years, The Tanning Centre has undergone modernisation to bring the salon up to date, by replacing older sunbeds and even adding an extra one! All of these are a mix of the best Ergoline lie downs we can source. Our newest additions offer voice guide, climate control and one even offers body misting spray to help cool you whilst tanning.
From customer feedback and demand, we have maintained and refurbished 2 of our older sunbeds. Combined with the tubes and style of these 2 beds, they offer the perfect boost to help speed up your tan. 
Our sun shower on offer has also been modernised and offers its own changing cubicle attached.
 All our beds are re-tubed well in advance of recommended usage meaning you will NEVER be on a bed that needs re-tubing.

Stick on eye protectors, face wipes, body spray and fresh water is all complimentary.
Cleaning is always a high priority at The Tanning Centre, our standards exceed all requirements. We work hard to continuously maintain the salon keeping it in tip top condition for our customers. Of course your feedback is welcome and important to us.

You must be 18 and over to use our beds and we do require photo I.D to be shown to all staff members when you visit us, so please don't be offended if your are asked to provide us with valid ID. We only accept passports and drivers licences and we need to see these in person. Photos on your phone of these are not accepted. We also do not accept citizen cards. 
Walk ins always welcome and bookings are accepted also.
